Position Summary: The Sales Associate position is based in Michigan and offers an entry point into the generator sales field. The Associate will support the Michigan sales team with lead follow-up, cold calling, and CRM management while gaining hands-on sales and technical experience. Key Responsibilities: * Shadow sales professionals and assist during client engagements. * Generate leads and conduct cold outreach. * Manage and update records in CRM (Bolt). * Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing projects and customer needs. * Participate in ongoing training related to generator systems and sales processes. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Motivated to build a career in technical sales. * Willingness to travel within the Michigan territory.
