Duties and Responsibilities: * Generate roofing project leads * Perform on-site inspections and consult homeowners on their options * Close deals with professionalism and urgency * Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service * Track leads, quotes, and project activity via CRM and company tools Requirements: * Experience in roofing and/or construction sales is a must * You're a self-starter who also works well on a team * Motivated by goals, commission, and personal growth * Confident communicator who can educate homeowners and handle objections * Tech-savvy with mobile apps and CRM tools * Professional, resilient, and results-focused Why Cox Roofing?
