Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to support and grow the Builder's Millwork & Window brand in the Brookings and Watertown area. This is a home-based role with frequent travel to our showroom and job sites. The position focuses on selling windows, doors, and architectural millwork to builders, contractors, and remodelers.

Essential Duties

&

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and developers
• Sell windows, doors, and millwork products for residential and light commercial projects
• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory from a home office
• Travel regularly to the showroom for customer meetings, product reviews, training and coordination
• Conduct in-person sales calls, job site visits, and plan reviews
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and project coordination
• Collaborate closely with inside sales and operations teams

Qualifications

• Window and millwork sales experience required
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices
• Outside sales or builder-focused sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently from a home office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
