Job Title Outside Sales Representative - Builder's Millwork & Window Department Sales Location Home-based (Brookings / Watertown, SD territory) with frequent travel to showroom in Sioux Falls, SD Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to support and grow the Builder's Millwork & Window brand in the Brookings and Watertown area. This is a home-based role with frequent travel to our showroom and job sites. The position focuses on selling windows, doors, and architectural millwork to builders, contractors, and remodelers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and developers * Sell windows, doors, and millwork products for residential and light commercial projects * Manage and grow an assigned sales territory from a home office * Travel regularly to the showroom for customer meetings, product reviews, training and coordination * Conduct in-person sales calls, job site visits, and plan reviews * Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and project coordination * Collaborate closely with inside sales and operations teams Qualifications * Window and millwork sales experience required * Strong understanding of residential construction practices * Outside sales or builder-focused sales experience preferred * Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills * Ability to work independently from a home office * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus commission * Uncapped earning potential * Mileage reimbursement * Health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Ongoing product and sales training Work Environment & Physical Requirements * Home-based office environment * Frequent travel within assigned territory and to the showroom * Job site visits with typical construction site conditions Why Work With Us We are a trusted millwork supplier with strong roots in the local building community.
