About the Company: CLIA certified and COLA-accredited Toxicology and Molecular Diagnostics testing laboratory, with multiple state licensing. The laboratory currently performs testing across a broad spectrum of Toxicology and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their sales team. We are focused on providing adequate testing nationwide. As we push forward, we are positioned to provide adequate testing, calling on various types of customers. The prospective customers are including but not limited to: Clinics, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Primary Care Physicians, etc... Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is reliable and dedicated. The Territory Sales Manger will be responsible for introducing their current customers and new to an exceptional line of testing. You will be establishing new relationships as well as maintaining relationships with your current customers in skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living facilities, or private homes. You will report directly to the National Sales Director who will provide the tools necessary to source new clients and assist in establishing new business. Job Duties/Responsibilities: * Maintain current customer base, while adding new customers * Establish relationships with new clients, while also working with existing clients within the Dallas - Fort Worth, TX area * Establish positive long-term client relationships through a high level of consistent communication * Evaluate insights from client interactions * Identify opportunities to sell to the client's needs * Presenting the features and benefits of various laboratory services within multiple types of settings * Provide recommendations of services based on client's information * Maintain relationships throughout each client's organization of providing testing solutions * Ensure all needs of clients are addressed promptly * Committed to all policies and procedures, Employee Health & Safety. * Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. * Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record, if applicable. * Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/Mobile/Long Term Care/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. * Must demonstrate superior customer focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients; ability to accelerate and embrace change throughout Quick Test Lab; and knowledge of our business. * Counter any potential objections that could arise from potential clients * Prioritize high profile clients by size, volume, and potential for growth opportunities * We pride ourselves on being a people organization providing the tools and support needed in order to achieve your best while having fun working with our team!
