Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, and business development. This role involves managing key accounts, developing innovative marketing strategies, and utilizing technology tools to optimize sales processes. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Duties * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships. * Oversee B2B sales activities, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals with corporate clients. * Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and forecast future sales performance. * Drive technical sales efforts by understanding product specifications and translating them into customer solutions. * Coordinate marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness within target industries. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional account management and customer service. * Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities. * Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the sales team to foster a high-performance culture. * Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations for senior management. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B markets and technology or technical sales environments. * Demonstrated success in management roles within a sales organization. * Strong background in business development, negotiation, and account management. * Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysis and reporting purposes. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and build lasting customer relationships. * Analytical skills necessary for assessing market data, forecasting trends, and making data-driven decisions. * Leadership qualities that motivate teams toward achieving ambitious goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
