We are looking for energetic Outside Sales Representatives to help us dominate the local market. This is a "boots on the ground" role. You will be the face of the company, helping homeowners restore and protect their biggest investment their homes. The Compensation (15% Profit Share) We offer one of the most transparent and rewarding commission structures in the industry: * Earn 15% Commission on the Net Profit of every job you close. * Uncapped Earnings: There is no limit to what you can make. On a standard roofing or siding project, a single close can result in a significant payday. * Performance Bonuses: Tiered rewards for hitting monthly volume targets. What You'll Do * Direct Canvassing: Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods (storm-damaged areas or aging subdivisions) to generate interest. * Property Inspections: Perform roof and exterior inspections to identify damage or wear (Full training provided). * Consultative Selling: Meet with homeowners to explain the benefits of our products and help them navigate the restoration process. * Project Management: Collect necessary paperwork and photos to move the project from a "lead" to a "scheduled install." Requirements * Self-Discipline: This is a field-based role; you must be able to manage your time without someone looking over your shoulder. * Communication Skills: You must be comfortable talking to strangers and building trust quickly. * Physical Ability: Must be comfortable being on your feet and using a ladder to perform basic roof inspections. * Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. * Experience: Previous door-to-door (D2D) sales or construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right "hunger" and personality.
