Must have a passion for creating an exceptional guest experience and willing to initiate conversation with guests about our packages and products. This is an hourly plus commission sales role, with high earning potential for motivated individuals and includes benefits for all associates! Benefits: * Hourly wage + commission! What We 're Looking For: * Positive, friendly, upbeat, and detail oriented. * Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. * Sales background is strongly preferred. * Ability to receive and implement feedback. * Work independently with limited supervision, as well as with a team. * Be enthusiastic about our brand, outgoing, energetic, resourceful and detail oriented * Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evening/weekends. Job Responsibilities: * Providing a welcoming environment, and a memorable experience for our guests. * Educating our guests about skincare, waxing, and consistency of waxing. * Demonstrating EWC products, and explaining our Wax Pass, Products, and Pre-booking benefits. * Managing the Reservation Books in a fast paced environment and handling the daily flow of the center. * Collaborating as a team to reach daily and monthly sales goals. * Maintaining cleanliness, and organization of the location. * Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
