* Commercial Roofing Sales Manager - Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid) * Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid - 1 day in office weekly) Compensation: $70,000 -$100,000 base + industry-leading 40% commission * A growing commercial roofing contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is expanding its sales division and looking for a Commercial Roofing Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationships across the region. * This is a unique opportunity for a self-driven sales professional who values autonomy, performance-based earnings, and the chance to make a major impact within a fast-growing company. * What You 'll Do * * Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, property owners, and facilities teams. * Identify and pursue commercial roofing project opportunities across DFW. * Partner with estimating and production teams to develop proposals and close deals. * Track performance metrics and contribute to overall business growth. What You 'll Bring * * Proven success in commercial roofing or construction sales. * Strong understanding of TPO, PVC, BUR, and metal roofing systems. * Entrepreneurial mindset -- proactive, accountable, and driven by results. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
