Outside Sales Representative Job description Looking for a competitive Outside sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and record sales to achieve goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. Requirements: * MUST HAVE 2 years of closing sales using various customer sales methods face to face, cold calling, and product presentations. * Forecast sales, develop meat sales strategies/marketing/ads/promos with customers and evaluate their effectiveness. * Evaluate customer's skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships with meat buyers and store managers. * Meet personal and company sales targets. * Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads in the * Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments. * Report and provide feedback to management using sales reports financial data. * Management Requirements: * Proven sales experience is a must * Track record of over-achieving targets * Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM * Familiarity with different sales techniques in the food industry * Computer/lap top use competency * Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills * Self motivated and driven Compensation: * Starting $50,000 yr base salary * Commission over gross profits starting 5%, 7.5% & up to 10% * Mileage reburisment * Phone Jackson, TN Location Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Reliable Car Experience: * B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
