Business Development Manager - Medical Markets Your Impact In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth in the Medical and Dental markets , developing strategies that shape the future of Intek's injection molding business. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to open new markets, build lasting relationships, and deliver customer solutions that make a real difference. What You 'll Do * Lead strategic initiatives to identify, develop, and grow new business in the Medical market for all Intek Group product lines. * Research market trends and customer needs to uncover high-value opportunities. * Build and execute a best-in-class customer engagement process to strengthen relationships and drive long-term partnerships. * Develop and implement market development plans that support company growth goals. * Collaborate cross-functionally to define product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies. * Represent Intek at key industry events, building brand awareness and partnerships. * Maintain regular communication with leadership on pipeline progress, market insights, and customer success stories. * Champion Intek's Quality Management System (QMS) and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring * Bachelor 's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA required. * 10+ years of experience in Business or Market Development roles. * Proven success managing a $10M+ portfolio within Medical and/or Dental markets. * Strong track record in consultative sales of custom-engineered solutions. * Skilled in developing and executing formal account development plans. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Analytical, data-driven, and self-motivated , with a passion for excellence and customer satisfaction. * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; ability to travel up to 50%. * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
