We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Membership Sales Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment. Each day brings something new-- interacting with prospects, supporting members, and ensuring the club stays clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Follow-Up - Assist with contacting and nurturing prospective members through phone, text, and email.
• Tours & Sales - Conduct engaging club tours, explain membership options, and close new memberships.
• Member Engagement - Build relationships with members, provide excellent customer service, and connect them with the resources they need to succeed.
• Scheduling - Book fitness consultations for new members with our coaching team.
• Cleanliness - Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all members and staff.
• Team Support - Assist with events, promotions, and projects to drive membership growth.
• Community Connection - Represent the club with a positive and professional presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for health and fitness.
• Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player who is motivated to meet sales and service goals.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Preferred

Requirements

• Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Experience working in a fitness, wellness, or service-based environment. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
