Position Summary The Sales Advisor is responsible for generating new memberships and revenue by actively engaging prospective members, building relationships, and promoting the benefits of LA Fitness. This position plays a key role in achieving club sales goals through lead follow-up, guest tours, and closing memberships with enthusiasm and professionalism. Key Responsibilities * Greet and engage prospective members, offering friendly and informative tours of the facility. * Present and explain membership options, features, and benefits tailored to each guest's fitness goals. * Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for new memberships and ancillary services. * Handle incoming inquiries (phone, walk-in, digital leads) promptly and professionally. * Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system. * Participate in outreach marketing, community events, and corporate wellness programs to generate new prospects. * Assist with member retention by providing excellent service and support throughout the onboarding process. * Collaborate with the club team to ensure a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment for members and guests. * Adhere to all company policies, ethical standards, and operational procedures. Work Schedule * Monday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM * Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM * Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM * Thursday: Off * Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Qualifications * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a competitive mindset. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
