We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Director, Sales to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and establish strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical products and solutions, coupled with excellent sales and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and driving business success. Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in engineering. A master's degree or an additional business degree is a plus. * Proven experience (8+ years) in technical sales, business development, or account management. * Strong technical knowledge in the optical connectivity market. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them at an executive level, with strong business orientation * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills: * Experience in Optical Transceiver products. * Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices. * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Familiarity with GTM strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. * Work closely with engineering and product teams to provide technical support and ensure seamless implementation of solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively. * Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to identify new opportunities and areas for growth. * Train and mentor junior sales representatives and technical sales teams. * Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
