What You'll Do

: As an Outside Sales Rep, you'll operate like a territory CEO

• -developing your customer base, creating opportunities, and driving serious revenue . This is a chance to build your own pipeline while expanding an already-established book of business in a high-demand industry. Your Mission:
• Own and grow your territory in Carolinas North and South
• Hunt down new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
• Develop strong relationships with insulation contractors, distributors, and industrial clients
• Deliver product demos and offer expert technical support
• Represent AFCAT at trade shows, networking events, and client site visits
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service-but the field is yours to lead What You Get:

What You Bring

:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction or industrial supply preferred)
• A proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts
• Comfortable with up to 6 nights of overnight stays across your territory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with insulation, construction, or industrial distribution is a strong advantage Ready to Take Control of Your Career?
