What You'll Do: As an Outside Sales Rep, you'll operate like a territory CEO * -developing your customer base, creating opportunities, and driving serious revenue . Your Mission: * Own and grow your territory in Carolinas North and South * Hunt down new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts * Develop strong relationships with insulation contractors, distributors, and industrial clients * Deliver product demos and offer expert technical support * Represent AFCAT at trade shows, networking events, and client site visits * Collaborate with inside sales and customer service-but the field is yours to lead What You Get: * Uncapped Commission * The more you sell, the more you earn. What You Bring: * 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction or industrial supply preferred) * A proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts * Comfortable with up to 6 nights of overnight stays across your territory * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently * Familiarity with insulation, construction, or industrial distribution is a strong advantage Ready to Take Control of Your Career?
