Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience * Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos to showcase features and benefits * Conduct upselling by recommending additional items or upgrades to maximize sales opportunities * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions efficiently * Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and attractive * Stock shelves regularly, manage inventory levels, and assist with merchandise replenishment * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely * Support store operations through basic retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and inventory management * Ensure compliance with store policies related to cash handling, security procedures, and safety protocols * Supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed, fostering a collaborative environment in the store * Engage with customers in bilingual communication to serve diverse community needs effectively Requirements * NONE NEEDED WE TRAIN YOU Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $24.37 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: In person
