We are looking for -.+ Experienced BDC Representative to join their team! Must have Minimum One Year Automotive BDC Experience . Our Customer Relation Coordinators earn a salary PLUS commissions and Bonus with many opportunities for advancement!!! Flexible 40 Hour Work Week with some Evenings. Saturdays and Sundays is a must!! Our Customer Relation Coordinator (BDC) Representative is the first person our customers speak whether it's online / Text messaging and or by phone. BDC Representatives are responsible for handling incoming phone calls and internet requests as well as scheduling appointments. We are looking for candidates who have a professional voice and are sympathetic to the customer's needs. This is a great career opportunity for applicants with automotive experience, or any other customer service/telephone contact experience. Responsibilities include: * Answering all incoming calls to the department and scheduling appointments * Answering all internet inquiries to facilitate appointments into the dealership * Making phone calls to customers after visiting the showroom to find out about their experience * Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services via phone, email, text or chat. * Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions Requirements: * Basic phone & computer skills * Must have a clear, articulate and pleasant speaking voice * Must be dependable reporting to work every day on time. * Ability to address and answer customer requests via phone and e-mail skills. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task * Excellent written and oral bi-lingual communication skills a plus. * Excellent follow-up skills * Dependable and compliant in following assigned work schedule which will include evening and Saturday hours.
