High Hourly & Commission. Looking for a motivated HVAC Sales Technician to perform Routine Maintenance, Repairs & Provide Solutions for HVAC Equipment. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management. You will leverage your technical knowledge of HVAC systems to provide tailored solutions to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This position requires a blend of outside sales expertise, technical acumen, and exceptional customer service skills. Duties * Conduct outside & Inside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. * Perform Service on HVAC Equipment such as Repairs & Maintenance. * Manage territory effectively, identifying potential leads and converting them into loyal customers. * Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records. * Perform product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients regarding HVAC systems. * Engage in direct sales efforts including cold calling, selling, and negotiating contracts. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business development. Skills * Mechanical and HVAC Skills. * Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record in sales environments. * Proficiency in CRM software (such as ServiceTitan) for effective account management and lead tracking. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Technical sales experience with a solid understanding of HVAC products and services. * Ability to conduct product demos that highlight features and benefits effectively. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities. Pay will vary based on experience and knowledge. Not afraid to pay the right individual a more than fair amount. Looking for a great Sales Leader to join our team.
