Field Sales Representative - Headwind Consumer Products Territory: Within 200 miles of Dallas, TX Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals? Headwind Consumer Products, a leading supplier of lawn & garden essentials (including EZRead rain gauges and Robert Allen Home & Garden planters), is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence with independent and regional retailers. What You 'll Do

• Travel within a 200-mile territory to visit retailers and develop strong, long-term relationships
• Present, promote, and sell our product lines to existing and new retail accounts
• Achieve sales targets and maximize growth opportunities within your territory
• Partner with store managers and buyers to create product assortments that drive sell-through
• Provide feedback to the leadership team on market trends and competitive activity What We 're Looking For
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or territory management (lawn & garden, home decor, or consumer goods experience a plus)
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence buying decisions
• Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable with regional travel (within 200 miles of your home base)
