Compensation

• $3,200/month guaranteed base
• Plus commission (no cap)
• Consistent inventory & strong online leads
• Paid training -- we'll help you win Schedule
• Full-time
• 5-day work week
• Closed on major holidays

What You'll Do

• Work with customers online, on the phone, and on the lot
• Guide guests through a simple, transparent buying process
• Build trust, not pressure
• Present vehicles, test drives, and financing options
• Follow up with leads and past customers
• Be part of a team that actually helps each other What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Coachable and self-motivated
• Customer-service or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Valid driver's license
