The Brightwood, Guest Sales Coordinator The Brightwood is a boutique facial aesthetic practice, where the art of aesthetics meets the art of hospitality. We are a physician-led medical practice that specializes in services on the face and neck, delivered by our team of top aesthetic practitioners. The Brightwood delivers a curated menu of services including Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulatory treatments, and medical skincare treatments, hand-selected from the best products and technology on the market. Our guests are busy and highly discerning--we deliver natural results with the exceptional experience, discretion, and convenience they need. As our Guest Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include sales, operations, and ensuring a high-touch customer experience. You have experience in sales with a revenue goal or quota. You are responsible for educating guests and booking future appointments. You routinely go above and beyond to deliver a best-in-class experience to every patient. Responsibilities : Build strong, trusting relationships with guests, making each guest feel invited and welcomed Take each guest through entire appointment process by learning our practice management software. Master talk tracks for services + effectively communicate to guests to book their appointments Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and identify ways to always improve the guest experience. Focus on guest experience, including retention and loyalty outreach cadence. Answer all phone calls and messages, eloquently speaking to The Brightwood, our services, products, and providers. Requirements: Front desk experience required (medical experience, spa, or hospitality service business highly preferred).
