We keep decision-makers informed on global and national affairs while elevating organizations that lead with purpose and want meaningful visibility with an engaged, values-driven audience. Role Overview I'm looking for someone highly motivated with little to no experience in sales. Ideally under 1-3 years, but no experience at all is completely fine as long as you're willing to learn, take feedback, and actually apply it. No college? No problem. This is not a corporate sales job. IF YOU DO NOT LIVE CLOSE TO THE BRANDON MALL, THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU. If you like wearing a suit and tie to work, this is not for you. If you like working with a large team and lots of meetings, this is not for you. If you're a Lib, this job is not for you. I'm looking for someone coachable, disciplined, mentally tough, and comfortable being uncomfortable. As an SDR at Faith in Policy, you'll be trained from the ground up. You'll be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying potential subscribers and sponsors, and starting real conversations with conservative business owners who align with our mission. You'll be speaking directly with decision-makers, handling rejection daily, and learning how to communicate value clearly and confidently. This role is high-impact. What you do directly affects the growth of the business. Prior sales training doesn't matter here--attitude does. If you show up consistently, follow a process, take coaching seriously, and want to improve every week, you'll do well. Duties * Build and maintain strong relationships with subscribers through regular communication. Skills * Are motivated, disciplined, and hungry to learn * Can take direct feedback without getting emotional * Communicate clearly and listen well * Don't need hand-holding or constant supervision * Want real-world skills, not corporate buzzwords * Not a lib, staunch conservative.
