About the Role As a Sales Representative, you'll join our dynamic HYTORC California team, driving growth in Northern California by landing and expanding accounts across industrial, commercial, and institutional markets. About the HYTORC California Team We're a high-performing team of four sales professionals based in Southern California, who have grown our business from $1M to $13M in just 7 years. Our success spans major clients in refineries, utilities, aerospace, transportation, and energy. With Northern California now under our umbrella, we're looking for the right individual to unlock the untapped potential in key industries like refineries, power plants, quarries, wind farms, steel mills, and utilities. What We Offer * Competitive pay: $55-65k base + uncapped commission and earning potential * Flexibility to work in the field * The #1 brand in industrial bolting solutions * Comprehensive, paid product training * In-field technical and sales support * A supportive, collaborative team environment * Your Responsibilities * New Business Development: Research and prospect new leads using digital tools and market insights Proactively reach out through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits Deliver effective in-person pitches to key markets, converting prospects into clients Track leads and follow-ups using CRM tools * Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients Conduct product demonstrations and provide hands-on solutions for customers Address client needs with superior customer service and technical expertise Collaborate with the broader HYTORC team to support key accountsWhat You Bring * Based out of Northern California or willingness to relocate * A proven track record in industrial sales or a related field * Strong networking, cold calling, and relationship-building skills * Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas with a results-driven mindset * Excellent organization, time management, and CRM proficiency * Superior presentation, communication, and deal-closing abilities * Willingness to travel throughout Northern California * Mechanical aptitude, industrial sales background and or industry connections (preferred)If you're ready to join a winning team, grow your career, and make a tangible impact in a thriving market, apply now and let's talk about how HYTORC can help you grow your career!
