Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to expanding our market presence. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in shaping our company's growth trajectory by leveraging industry insights and innovative marketing strategies. Ideally, someone who has experience in the shipping fine art industry or working along with high end interior designers performing white glove deliveries artworks, sculptures and fine furniture. Duties * Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities across target markets. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth. * Lead sales initiatives by engaging prospects through presentations, negotiations, and closing deals effectively. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads. * Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and activities. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. * Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and delivery of services. * Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and reports to support business development efforts. * Utilize CRM tools for customer relationship management, ensuring consistent follow-up and customer satisfaction. Requirements * Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry. * Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM software for managing client data and sales pipelines. * Strong understanding of strategic planning, negotiation techniques, and project management principles. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. * Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with company goals. * Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and expanding market share. * Knowledge of industry-specific trends and the competitive landscape is preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
