Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth within the roofing industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills, experience in ordering and scheduling, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage marketing strategies, CRM software, RoofLink, and technical product knowledge to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. Responsibilities * Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting roofing solutions' features and benefits * Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements * Utilize CRM software, Rooflink, to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally * Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings * Employee will be scheduling, ordering material, and managing all of their own sales. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales within the roofing or related industries * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Familiarity with CRM software such as RoofLink or similar platforms * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and delivering compelling product demos * Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to territory management and business development * HIGHLY organized and efficient with time * Knowledge of all aspects of roofing. This position has a base salary of $60,000/ year and 3% commission on all jobs sold. There is a lot of potential.
