Now Hiring: Property Care Specialist Coastal Properties | Orange Beach Coastal Properties is currently seeking a Property Care Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with prior vacation rental experience who takes pride in detail, reliability, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. At Coastal Properties, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, and our Property Care Specialists play a vital role in ensuring our vacation rentals are always guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards. Primary Responsibilities Include: * Ensuring vacation rentals are clean, well-maintained, and up to company standards before guest arrivals * Performing property checks and addressing minor issues as needed * Assisting with light office work when needed, including serving as a backup Reservation Agent Assistant * Helping create a seamless and positive experience for every guest Requirements: * Prior vacation rental experience preferred * Customer service experience required * Basic computer and phone knowledge required * Ability to lift at least 50 lbs * Reliable transportation is required * Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused * Must be able to work Saturdays Position Details: * Part-time seasonal position with the potential to become permanent * 25 hours per week guaranteed, with the possibility of additional hours during the busy season * Paid holidays * Normal business hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Saturday * Office located in Orange Beach Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
