Position Overview: We're seeking enthusiastic, self-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you'll proactively generate leads, perform cold outreach, and set up qualified meetings with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct cold calls and emails to engage prospective clients. * Schedule and confirm a minimum of 5 qualified meetings per week. * Represent Tavrn professionally at industry conferences (10-25% travel required). * Maintain detailed records of interactions using our CRM platform. * Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure seamless lead transitions. Qualifications: * 0-2 years of experience in tech sales (or similar sales-related role). * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with a positive, can-do attitude. * Willingness and ability to travel regularly to industry events. * Comfortable with cold calling and persistent outreach.
