Job Title: Inside Sales/Telemarketing - Education Industry, New Sales Company Overview : Estrellita is a leading provider of Beginning Spanish reading curriculum and training for bilingual and dual language school districts throughout the country for the past 40 years. We are seeking an individual to represent Estrellita, Inc as a Inside Sales/Telemarketer. The position is based in Denver, CO and is an in-office position. Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Telemarketer to join our team, focusing specifically on new sales B2B accounts, these include School districts and Schools. The CSR/Telemarketing role is focused on making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments over the phone. The Inside Sales/Telemarketer rep. will focus on ensuring the contacts in our CRM are correct and generating appointments. using a combination of phone calls, emails, and other online channels. Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing: * Initial outbound calls and follow-up calls on cold and warm leads to generate opportunities. * Support with the Business Development Manager to develop the sales territory and generate opportunities. CRM and Sales Platforms * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipelines in Salesforce and proprietary Order Manager software. Qualifications: * Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B inside sales. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Proficiency in CRM software (i.e. Sales Force) in managing a book of business. * Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace. Requirements * Fluent in Spanish - required. * In-Office Position at Denver Technology Center (DTC). * Thrive in an ever-changing environment.
