Director of Partnerships Lakewood NJ/Hybrid Compensation: $80K-$120K base + Bonus structure Summary An established organization is seeking a Director of Partnerships to drive revenue growth through strategic relationships and alliances. This is a senior, outward-facing role focused exclusively on identifying, developing, and scaling high-value partnerships. The position emphasizes relationship building, joint initiatives, and pipeline generation rather than geographic expansion, with clear ownership of partnership outcomes. Responsibilities * Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships and key client relationships. * Serve as a primary external representative with partners, referral sources, and at industry events. * Build, manage, and deepen long-term partner relationships that generate recurring revenue. * Collaborate with sales and marketing to align outreach, messaging, and partner-driven growth initiatives. * Support partnership agreements, proposals, presentations, and joint go-to-market or co-marketing efforts. * Track partner activity, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM to ensure follow-through and accountability. * Monitor market trends, partner needs, and competitive dynamics to refine partnership strategy. Requirements * 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or related roles. * Proven success building and scaling high-impact partnerships. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. * Comfortable representing an organization in high-visibility external settings. * Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
