What You 'll Do (Your Playground): * Drive business growth within our packaging arena * Subject Matter Expert on all things packaging! Requirements: Qualifications include: * Minimum 2-year Associate degree plus 3-5+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding individual sales plan metrics * A driven self-starter and team player with a focus on serving and helping others * Proven ability to communicate, motivate others for information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and other employees in a professional manner * Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Ability to make sound business decisions with and without management approval * Detail oriented, organized, and possess ability to multi-task * Strong CRM and Microsoft Office Skills (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
