Automotive Sales & Service BDC Manager Now Hiring! Great Lakes Honda of Akron is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Service BDC Manager to lead our growing Business Development Center. This individual will oversee all inbound/outbound customer communication, manage BDC representatives, and drive appointment-setting performance for both Sales and Service departments. Key Responsibilities * Lead, train, and motivate the BDC team to meet appointment and performance goals. * Oversee daily operations of the Sales and Service BDC, ensuring exceptional customer communication. * Develop, teach and train teams on scripts, workflows, and processes to maximize customer engagement. * Monitor phone, email, text, and chat communications for quality and effectiveness. * Analyze performance metrics and report results to dealership leadership. * Collaborate closely with Sales and Service Managers to drive traffic and improve show rates. * Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution. * Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure all customer contacts are properly documented. * Implement strategies for lead generation, follow-up, and re-engagement. Qualifications * Previous experience in a dealership BDC or call center required; management experience required. * Strong leadership and team-building skills. * Excellent communication skills--phone, email, and written. * Proficient with CRM systems * High level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. * Rotating weekend availability is a must.
