Seeking a technically capable and customer focused candidate to support and grow product sales within the steel industry. This role combines relationship- based sales, technical product knowledge, and hands on customer support. The ideal candidate has either: * An engineering, business, or technical degree with interest in the steel industry or * Five to ten years of direct sales experience serving the steel or related heavy industry Butler County, PA Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Travel 25% of the time (more during training) Job Responsibilities Customer Management: Maintain and expand sales to a defined customer portfolio updating customer information in CRM. T echnical Sales and Product Support: Understand company products. Provide product solutions to customers by conducting sales presentations and on-site trials. Technical Design and Engineering Collaboration: Participate in customer- facing design process and product improvement by collecting measurements and data to modify standard product designs to meet customer needs. Skills & Abilities Engineering, business, or technical degree Steel industry background strongly preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience in CRM products Familiarity with Fusion360 or similar design tools Team oriented mindset with strong work ethic Excellent communication skills Comfort working independently and manage customer relationships Compensation & Benefits Competitive base Company sales and performance bonuses Health insurance for employee Up to 4 weeks paid vacation Seven paid holidays 401K plan with company profit sharing *Final compensation determined by experience, technical background, and qualifications Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off Work Location: In person
