Hourly + commission sales. Job Description: As a Retail Sales Associate , you'll be a key part of helping our customers find the perfect fit - in footwear, gear, and experience. From welcoming guests to providing gait analysis and expert product recommendations, your goal is to create a supportive, informative, and fun environment. Responsibilities: * Greet customers and make them feel welcome * Provide personalized fittings using our 3D foot scanning and gait analysis technology * Recommend products based on customer needs and goals * Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and events * Assist with visual merchandising and store cleanliness * Support in-store events, training programs, and community runs/walks * Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately * Contribute to a team-oriented, goal-driven atmosphere Qualifications: * Passion for helping people and building community * Interest in running, walking, or fitness (no need to be a pro!) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Reliable, punctual, and coachable * Weekend and evening availability preferred * Prior retail or customer-facing experience a plus, but not required Perks & Benefits: * Hourly pay + Sales Commission * Pay starts at minimum wage until training is done, then pay increases * Training takes 3 - 6 weeks depending on your proficiency in products and customer interactions. * Employee discounts on shoes, gear, and apparel * Opportunities for advancement and professional growth * Flexible scheduling * Fun, supportive team environment * Opportunities to get involved in races, events, and community initiatives Job Type: Part-time or Full-time Location: Fleet Feet Pensacola 236 W Garden St, Pensacola, FL 32502 Schedule: * Weekday shifts (Mornings/evenings) * Weekend availability preferred (usually 3 of 4 weekends) * Flexible hours based on availability and store needs Hours: Mon - Sat 10a - 6p Sunday 12p - 4p Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off Work Location: In person
