Job Description

: As a Retail Sales Associate , you'll be a key part of helping our customers find the perfect fit - in footwear, gear, and experience. From welcoming guests to providing gait analysis and expert product recommendations, your goal is to create a supportive, informative, and fun environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome
• Provide personalized fittings using our 3D foot scanning and gait analysis technology
• Recommend products based on customer needs and goals
• Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and events
• Assist with visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Support in-store events, training programs, and community runs/walks
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
• Contribute to a team-oriented, goal-driven atmosphere

Qualifications

:

• Passion for helping people and building community
• Interest in running, walking, or fitness (no need to be a pro!)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience a plus, but not required Perks &

• Weekday shifts (Mornings/evenings)
• Weekend availability preferred (usually 3 of 4 weekends)
• Flexible hours based on availability and store needs Hours: Mon - Sat 10a - 6p Sunday 12p - 4p Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
