A local Allstate Insurance Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join their Chatham, NJ team! This is a unique professional opportunity to work hands-on with a local small business owner and have the support of a national brand customers recognize and trust! The ideal candidate has a Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance License but if you don 't that's ok too If you can show you have grit, are resilient and a natural connector we will work with you to obtain your Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance licenses. In this role you will have warm incoming leads, provide customer service to the existing customer base and and on-going training will be provided. This opportunity offers a guaranteed base salary + commission* + bonus potential, benefits, and a flexible schedule! Duties and Responsibilities: (This role is sales and account management) * Achieve sales goals through generating new business * Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources * Conduct insurance reviews with current clients, identify cross-selling opportunities * Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets * Process insurance policy renewals * Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties * Provide an exceptional customer experience * Be a team player and have an ownership mindset to grow the business * Prospect for opportunities to provide financial service opportunities (life insurance and retirement products) to clients Requirements: * No insurance experience required * Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property, Casualty, & Life insurance license * Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and interpersonal * Must be motivated and determined * Must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude * Able to multi-task and be detail oriented with excellent follow up skills * Confident, self-starter who works well independently and in a group * Hungry to advance financially *If you do not have a Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance License, must be willing to obtain one to be considered for this role.
