Pacific Steel & Recycling in Nampa, Idaho is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for a talented and ambitious Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. We are looking for an individual who has experience and expertise in steel quoting, order entry, and processing jobs, including leveled sheet, plate, bar and tubing, laser & plasma cutting, press brake and saw cutting. Inside sales responsibilities will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities: - Understand customer needs and requirement - Close sales and achieve monthly goals - Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest - Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory - Team with outside sales and partners to build customer relationships - Must be able to pass a drug screening - Must have a valid driver's license - Must undergo background check Skills: - Proven inside sales and processing experience - Track record of over-achieving quota - Strong phone presence and experience taking dozens of incoming calls per day - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong listening and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Ability to read and understand customer drawings Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
