The Role: Sales Professional - (Full-time, Commission) We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Auto Sales Associate to join our broker auto sales store. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle buying process--from initial inquiry to final delivery--while ensuring compliance with dealership, lender, and state regulations. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a results-driven mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience * Greet customers and respond to online, phone, and walk-in inquiries * Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable vehicles * Present vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties * Negotiate deals professionally to close sales while protecting gross profit * Coordinate test drives and vehicle demonstrations * Deliver vehicles and explain post-sale documentation and next steps Lead Management & Follow-Up * Manage leads through CRM (calls, texts, emails) * Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and previous customers * Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business * Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity KPIs Compliance & Professional Standards * Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and compliance rules * Maintain accurate deal files and customer records * Participate in required training (product, compliance, and sales process) * Represent the company professionally at all times QualificationsRequired * Valid driver's license with clean driving record * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer skills (CRM, email, document upload) * Ability to work weekends and flexible hours Preferred * 1+ year experience in sales, * Experience working with sub-prime, prime, and special-finance customers * Knowledge of vehicle financing, lender guidelines, and DMV processes * Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance * Referral program Language: * Mandarin (Required) Work Location: In person
