An upscale aesthetics clinic in the Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Beach area is hiring a Clinic Supervisor/Sales Manager to oversee staff and daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with leadership experience who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and client care. The Position has a fixed $50,000 base and monthly bonuses based on overall performance. The potential earnings are unlimited and not capped!

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise aestheticians, front desk team, and clinical staff
• Manage scheduling, client flow, and operational efficiency
• Oversee staff training, onboarding, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with medical spa policies and safety regulations
• Partner with leadership to improve client experience and drive revenue growth

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL SPA AESTHETICS OR PLASTIC SURGERY
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in medical spa, aesthetics, or healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of medical spa treatments and operations
• Experience with spa/clinic management software a plus
