This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, is tech-savvy, and wants a role that rewards performance. The Role Your primary mission is simple: Turn leads into customers. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through their options for Pest Control and Lawn Care services and closing the sale. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Conversion: Manage a pipeline of leads through persistent and professional outreach. * Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages. * Relationship Building: Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and provide solutions that protect their homes and lawns. * Follow-Up: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule until a customer signs up or declines--no lead is left behind. * Data Management: Utilize our software systems to track interactions, update lead status, and finalize service agreements.
