Summary We're looking for a motivated and well-connected Sales Executive with a proven track record in freight forwarding and logistics sales. You'll play a key role in developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and contributing to ICL's long-term success. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a portable book of business , strong relationships, and a desire to grow within a dynamic, customer-focused logistics company. Responsibilities * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry. * Manage and grow an active pipeline of accounts, with a focus on ocean, air, and domestic transportation services. * Leverage your existing client base to bring immediate revenue to the company. * Conduct client meetings, build proposals, and close deals independently. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing service execution. * Provide market intelligence and client feedback to help shape our service offerings. * Represent ICL USA at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings when required. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales (domestic and international preferred). * A portable book of business and strong industry relationships (required). * Deep knowledge of freight services including ocean freight , air freight, domestic trucking, and project cargo. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proven experience in freight sales or a similar role within the logistics industry.
