Summary : We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to sell gaging and calibration services for dimensional measurement equipment to manufacturing customers. This role supports recurring calibration needs of existing customers while developing new business through competitive conversions and emerging accounts. Responsibilities : * Sell gaging and calibration services for dimensional measurement systems * Conduct on-site customer visits to assess measurement and calibration needs * Develop, present, and close service solutions and proposals * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationship growth * Maintain calibration recall quotations for recurring calibration services * Perform demonstrations on metrology gages and measurement equipment * Create accurate and timely quotes for gages and calibration services * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers * Build and maintain positive relationships with product vendors * Mechanical aptitude * Collaborate with internal technical teams to support service delivery and customer success * Create and manage new products within our ERP/CRM system * Other responsibilities as required Preferred Qualifications : * Knowledge of dimensional measurement equipment and calibration practices * Experience in technical sales or manufacturing-related roles * Knowledge of or ability to learn ISO standards * Background in quality assurance or manufacturing environments * Technical education or equivalent hands-on experience * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams About us: Productivity Quality, Inc. is the Upper Midwest distributor for many of the best-known names in Metrology - Brown & Sharpe, Optical Gaging Products, Renishaw, Heidenhain, Mahr, and Mitutoyo.
