Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate to join our team. The right candidate will bring experience in at least one water-technology discipline--such as pumps, motors, filtration, water treatment systems (Clack, Fleck, RO), tanks, Septic, PVC/HDPE plumbing components, or irrigation equipment. This role blends customer service, sales support, and warehouse responsibilities. Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills are a plus (but not required) to serve our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing knowledgeable assistance with product selection.
• Accurately process sales using point-of-sale systems.
• Offer product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready counter and warehouse area.
• Assist with inventory control, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining accurate counts.
• Support warehouse operations: receiving shipments, labeling products, staging orders, and preparing deliveries or pickups.
• Make deliveries when required.
• Provide clear, courteous communication with customers in person and over the phone.
• Perform retail math for accurate pricing and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least one water-technology discipline is required (pumps, motors, filtration, RO systems, softeners, tanks, Septic, plumbing/HDPE/PVC, irrigation, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must have forklift, pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Basic math competency for handling transactions.
• Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift moderate loads regularly (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail and team-oriented.
