Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch - We have a 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent pends or closes 3.4 transactions during this time. * Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly * Conduct two open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments - certifications to up skill and productivity rhythms each month. * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards - Morning Power-Up for Teams. * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call - We are always bettering our skills. We treat this as a career and take it seriously. * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers * Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
