Qualifications: * Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in South Dakota. * Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to build relationships. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel heard and understood. * Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your drive and determination. * Comfortable using technology and online tools to manage tasks and communicate with clients. * Ability to adapt to both in-person and remote work environments, ensuring flexibility. * Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
