Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in various sales environments including D2D(Door-to-Door), estimating, and in-home sales. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in sales strategies and customer relationship management will directly contribute to the company's success. Duties * Identify and generate new leads through door knocking, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. * Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs. * Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales opportunities within assigned regions. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction for clients and the company. * Utilize CRM software such as RoofR to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product developments to stay ahead in the marketplace. * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase account value through strategic upselling techniques. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, D2D sales, or territory management with a strong understanding of direct sales processes. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building lasting client relationships. * Familiarity with CRM software Roofr or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines. * Strong business development skills including lead generation, analysis skills, and market research capabilities. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs. * Experience with inside sales techniques such as door knocking, follow-ups, and customer service excellence. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Skills in upselling, product positioning, and developing customized solutions for diverse clients.
