Seeking a talented Coaching Sales Associate to join our top-tier team at Innovative Health and Fitness in Franklin, WI. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and matching customers with premier fitness services and products. Looking for someone with expertise in sales, customer service, and communication. Competitive annual salary of $40,000 - $45,000 plus commission. Full-time or part-time positions are available. Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 + commission Responsibilities: * Prospect for new customers by networking, cold calling, utilizing social media, and other approaches * Assess customer needs and provide solutions through a personalized sales approach * Provide customers with educational materials outlining the benefits of the services we offer * Follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction and aim to retain customers * Track and maintain customer information in our database for sales, marketing, and reporting purposes Qualifications: * US Work Authorization * 18 years or older * Flexible Schedule * Sales Experience * Excellent communication & interpersonal skills * Proven success in closing sales * Ability to develop customer relationships * Proficient in using CRM/Sales tools * Knowledge of the fitness industry * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Passion for helping clients reach their fitness goals * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team About Company Innovative Health & Fitness is a locally owned and managed health club located in Franklin WI.
