Job Summary This role assists in developing new business opportunities, managing partner relationships, and handling key sales operations to help drive the company's B2B growth. Responsibilities * Support the B2B Sales team in identifying, qualifying, and developing relationships with potential partners and wholesale clients to drive new business opportunities. * Conduct market and industry research to uncover potential B2B partners, new product placement opportunities, and emerging trends that align with LINE FRIENDS' brand strategy. * Assist in managing ongoing partner relationships, including handling purchase orders, coordinating logistics and delivery schedules, and maintaining consistent communication to ensure partner satisfaction. * Prepare and maintain sales materials such as product catalogs, line sheets, pricing lists, and pitch decks to support partner outreach and presentations. * Provide administrative and operational support to the B2B Sales team, including data entry, documentation, and contract management. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of B2B projects and timely delivery of partner requirements. * Track and analyze sales performance, maintain accurate records in internal trackers or CRM tools, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and insights. * Assist in organizing and supporting trade shows, business meetings, and other sales-related events to promote the LINE FRIENDS brand and strengthen partner engagement. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education * Minimum of a bachelor's degree Experience * 2-3 year+ of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development are a plus but not mandatory Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Fluency in Korean and English is a must * High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) is required; experience in SAP is a plus * Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and adept at multi-tasking * Excellent interpersonal, sold written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work with tight deadlines Work Location * Midtown, NYC (Hybrid) Benefits * Flexible Work Schedules * Health Insurance including Dental and Vision * 401K with company matching * PTO * Gym, Cell phone, & Birthday subsidies * And so much more!
