VP of Sales for an international trading company. The ideal candidate has experience with aircraft and engine partsout operations and a strong network within the aviation industry. Japanese bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

• $130-150K/yr plus incentives

Requirements

of the VP of Sales (Aviation Dept):

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Japanese bilingual ability is preferable, but not required
• Prior experience in the aviation or aviation-related industry
• Strong network within the aviation industry
• Strategic & innovative thinking and business acumen
• Project management and prioritization
• Building relationship and negotiation
• Team developing and mentoring
• Strong leadership skills

of the VP of Sales (Aviation Dept): A strategic leadership role responsible for directing and expanding the aviation business--primarily focused on aircraft and engine partsout development--while driving profitability through strong operations, innovative business growth, and effective team leadership aligned with corporate financial goals.
