Rental & Leasing Salesperson - Commercial Trucks & Trailers Crows Truck Center Crows Truck Center is seeking a motivated Rental and Leasing Salesperson to join our growing team. This position focuses on commercial truck rental, trailer leasing, and fleet solutions for business customers. Position Overview As a Rental & Leasing Salesperson, you will be responsible for renting and leasing a variety of commercial vehicles and trailers , helping customers find the right equipment to meet their operational needs. Equipment You 'll Rent & Lease * Dry Van Trailers * Refrigerated (Reefer) Trailers * Class 8 Day Cab Tractors * Medium-Duty Box Trucks Key Responsibilities * Sell rental and leasing solutions for commercial trucks and trailers * Develop new business and manage existing customer accounts * Provide quotes, contracts, and pricing for rentals and leases * Conduct inside and outside sales activities * Maintain customer records and follow up on leads * Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure equipment availability * Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics Qualifications * Sales experience preferred (rental sales, leasing sales, equipment sales, automotive sales, or B2B sales a plus) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset * Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment * Basic computer skills (CRM or sales software experience preferred) * Knowledge of trucks, trailers, or transportation equipment is a plus (training provided) What We Offer * Competitive base pay plus commission * Opportunity for career growth in the trucking and transportation industry * Supportive team environment * Exposure to commercial fleets, logistics companies, and contractors * Stable, essential-industry employment Why Crows Truck Center?
