Overview

Marigold's Mercantile is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to support daily store operations. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and comfortable working directly with customers in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with excellent service
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately
• Restock products and maintain store displays
• Prepare gift boxes and seasonal bundles
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
• Receive and process inventory shipments
• Open/close the store What We're Looking For
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
• Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics
• Comfortable using POS systems (Square experience a plus)
• Strong communication and reliability
• Interest in home goods, gifting, or small-batch/locally made products Optional Skills (Not Required)
• Interest in social media, photography, or basic content creation Schedule
• Part-time or full-time hours available
• Weekend availability preferred
• Shifts scheduled between store operating hours
