Job Description Manages client relationships (retailers, spas, resorts) to drive sales, ensure product visibility, and grow the brand, focusing on strategy, training, promotions, inventory, and achieving revenue targets by acting as the main contact for orders, marketing, and business development. Key duties involve building loyalty, analyzing sales data, implementing marketing plans, providing product education, overseeing new product launches, and collaborating with internal teams (marketing, R&D) for seamless execution from concept to shelf. Key Responsibilities: * Sales & Business Growth: Achieve sales targets, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, develop new business, attend trade shows, and execute strategic plans to expand market share. * Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, build strong partnerships, and foster loyalty with assigned accounts (e.g., spa, resorts, retail, boutiques). * Product & Marketing Execution: Implement company marketing campaigns, oversee training for account staff, arrange product demos, and ensure effective merchandising. * Market Insight: Monitor competitor activity, understand market trends, and provide feedback to marketing/sales leadership. Essential Skills & Qualifications: * Sales Acumen: Passion to grow beauty brands, strong open and close ability, professional presentation, objection handling, and consultative selling skills. * Experience: B2B sales, account management in beauty, skincare, or related industries. * Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences. * Analytical: Ability to interpret sales data and create business plans. * Technical: Strong technical skills and ability to navigate sales reporting tools. * Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, adaptable, results-driven, accountable, and collaborative.
